Section 1 Scope
For all orders through our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Section 3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after the order is placed.
When the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you have chosen.
Section 4 Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown on our website include the applicable statutory value added tax. The shipping costs are communicated to you separately in the order form and are to be borne by you.
Section 5 Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address you specified. Unless otherwise stated, delivery from our warehouse is made within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Section 6 Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you. The payment methods available in each case are displayed to you during the ordering process.
Section 7 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Section 8 Warranty and guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
Section 9 Liability
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body or health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the event of guarantee promises (if agreed) and in the scope of application of the Product Liability Act.
Section 10 Final provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
